I was responsible for the tech lead in Trondheim, and contributed to holding seminars and meetups where I coached and mentored about new technologies, or enabled others to present their knowledge.
Social activities enabler
I took responsibility for arranging social gathering and happenings for my colleges, such as paintball, ice bathing or similar small events.
